The famous wine "Malvasia delle Lipari" is produced on the Eolian
islands, also called Lipari, famous for the beauty of their beaches
and their grottoes. This wine is produced following a millenary technique,
with grapes previously deposed on rush mattings in order to be withered
by the sun.
