Through a very evocative itinerary, a typycal rural sicilian surrounding, we can follow the secular tradition of a vine now on top of the quality levels of the typical best italian wines. It's the " Nero d'Avola " or " Calabrese ", the base and the structure of the best red sicilian wines, DOC or IGT, whose heritage, art and secrets are kept in the culture and in the habits of the inhabitants of its territory. We can consider them veritable " cru " most of all cultivated on hill lands. The famous " Cerasuolo di Vittoria ", elegant and with a pleasant fragrance, originates from the union of "Nero d'Avola " and the " Frappato ".
